This notice explains how REMARK Hospitality Partners ("REMARK", "we") processes personal data in connection with this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

What we collect

We do not use forms or trackers to collect personal data automatically. If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you choose to include (e.g. name, email address, enquiry content) solely to respond to and manage that enquiry.

Legal basis

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or on taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

Correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and in line with applicable bookkeeping and limitation-period requirements under Danish law.
